The QVS series laser flatness measuring instrument is the latest flatness measuring instrument developed by our company. This gantry type image measuring instrument is mainly used in PCB circuit boards, copper-clad laminates, flat glass, LCD modules, knife molds, insulation materials, etc.
High precision marble base and crossbeam ensure extremely high stability and rigidity.
The small gantry mobile architecture means that the glass on the workbench remains stationary, allowing for higher speeds without affecting measurements.
Precision grinding grade ball screws and Japanese THK precision linear guides, equipped with Japanese Yaskawa servo motors using dual closed-loop motion control, have high-speed and precise positioning as well as motion stability.
Equipped with SONY high-resolution color camera, using our company's independently developed surface cold light source, the surface light is composed of 48 independent light sources, each group is driven by a constant current source, continuously adjustable, ensuring high-quality measurement images.
The measurement system adopts an imported open British RENISHAW precision optical ruler with a resolution of 0.5um.
Adopting the embedded module developed by our company to control the motor has improved the motor response speed and simplified the interface between the instrument and the PC. The PC and the instrument are connected through USB and S-terminal wires.
